واقعن نمیتونم بگم چقدرررر از این کتاب لذت بردم. فوق العاده بود. پرورش شخصیت ها عالیه. قلم نویسنده هم روونه و کتاب راحت خونده میشه. با اتفاقات و توصیف های بیجا حوصله ی خواننده رو سر نمیبره. چیزی که ممکنه یکمی اذیتتون کنه، ریتم کتابه که یکمی کنده. ولی چیزی که من به عنوان خواننده از کتابای ژانر میستری انتظار دارم رو کاملن برآورده کرده: پلات توییست، اتفاقات غیر منتظره و سرنخ های ریز ریز و کوچولویی که لا به لای خط های کتاب قایم شدن و باید خیلی دقیق باشین تا به چشمتون بیان
همونطور که خود نویسنده هم گفته، از داستان "ربکا" نوشته ی دفنه دوموریه الهام گرفته؛ ولی چیزی که زبردستی نوسنده رو میرسونه اینه که هیچ چیزی توی داستان به چشمتون نمیخوره که مستقیمن به داستان ربکا اشاره کرده باشه یا عین اون باشه. ولی به محض تموم کردن کتاب وقتی به داستانش فکر میکنین میبینین که وجه شباهت های زیادی وجود داره
خلاصه که اگر به ژانر میستری (نوجوان) علاقه دارین، این کتاب رو از دست ندین. امتیاز من به کتاب: 5/5

I can't tell how much I enjoyed reading this book. It was extraordinary. Great character development and a real page-turner. It will not bore you with unnecessary details and events, although the pace is a little slow and it might annoy some readers. But there is one thing I expect from mystery books and this one did not disappoint me on that: plot twists. Teeny tiny clues, hidden between the lines, and you have to read very carefully to point them out.
As the author has said, she was inspired by the novel "Rebecca" by Daphne Du Maurier; but there is nothing in the book that points the similarities between them, and you can't actually find anything that is exactly like Rebecca. It's just mostly "ah-uh!" moments after you finish the book; when you think about little details, you can point out the similarities and I think that shows how professional Frick's pen is.
All in all, if you like mystery (YA) books, this is a must-read. My rating: 5/5
